3rd day on medication, the nauseous feeling is gone! Thank goodness ... But still, the lethargic feeling is still there....

The evening skies have been gloomy lately hope that it will clear up some days for me to have some walks out side perhaps?

2nd day on Lexapro, still feel nauseating, but the mind feels clear but the drowsiness still persist. Had some talks with some friends and felt rather comfortable to be open with the problems. The suggestion that were given was quite positive and encouraging...

They let me felt that there is an option and the way is where we walk it out to be. I am rather thankful to all, but now it is the time for decisions and choices....

I hope I am making the right one now and not the wrong one...

Last night is the first time i took a sleeping pill. Half of it doesn't seem to work so i took the other half as well (as prescribed nothing more or less). It worked! and I sleep as sound as a lamb until suddenly i woke up at 4am+.... (T_____T)

Couldn't wake up in the desired time and was flipping over the bed the next few hours....

Fast forward to work time, I took the meds (1 pill only) feels the same not much changes I guess, but I do feel like I have no appetite and when consuming food I feel like puking out.... Most importantly, I feel very lethargic....

More days to come and go.....

Ok, I have visited the doc and now on antidepressant for two weeks and see how the things will work out.... Hopefully there is a cure.... I hope..
